High School Curriculum
- The high school financial literacy program focuses on the
basics of saving and investing and financial responsibility.
- The curriculum for high-school teachers includes an outline
for instruction, a PowerPoint presentation, a video, reading
materials, budget worksheets, a glossary of terminology and
quizzes.
Financial
Literacy for Young Couples
- This package of materials contains information to prepare new
couples to make joint financial decisions. It explains
investment options and offers suggestions for how a couple can
budget finances together.
- The package includes an in-depth guide, budget worksheets,
check lists, quizzes and a PowerPoint presentation.
Fraud
Prevention
- Con artists stole millions of dollars from Montanans last year
and the Montana economy was deprived of much-needed income. Many
elderly people were cheated out of their life savings and
retirements. Education is the best defense against fraud.
- This program includes a video and PowerPoint presentation
covering a variety of frauds from pyramid schemes to affinity
fraud.
Nearing
Retirement
- As the baby-boomer generation nears retirement, they have a
variety of related decisions to make. This program provides
information on investments including variable annuities,
long-term care insurance and Medicare supplement insurance.
- The program includes a variety of consumer's guides, a
checklist and a PowerPoint presentation.
Capital
Formation
- Our office has a capital formation guide, PowerPoint
presentation and worksheets available for individuals and groups
who want to raise money for a business venture.
